Very friendly staff, also very accommodating- explained the lens check to my very interested daughter, took time to make us feel valued. Saw two different opticians, one for contact lens check and one for eye test and both were very friendly. Front of house staff also exceedingly friendly and helpful

I would have liked to use my usual branch for my appointment but Park Mall, Ashford was not an option when trying to book online. I did then have to call in but because I was trying to get two appointments on the same day for my husband and I, there were no available appointments so I had no option but to visit the other branch.

There was a locum optometrist working last year when I had my annual eye test. He said my eyes were a lot worse and I paid about £480 for new glasses. I could still not see any better ( ie my golf ball when playing ).I went back to Boots for a retest and was told I was near to not being able to drive and advised to go to the cataract clinic. I have now had Multifocal Toric lenses fitted. I have been told by Boots today I have 20/20 vision and the very helpful manager has replaced my old glasses with 2 pairs readers 1 pair of reading sunglasses and night driving glasses for the grand sum of £10 together with the total refund on the last years glasses. Fantastic service thanks Craig.
